Lifetime Installation Warranty

Concept Flooring guarantees a satisfactory installation in compliance with industry standards. Should installation service be required attributable to the original installation of your flooring during the life of the manufacturer’s wear warranty (which varies) from the time your flooring was installed, simply present your sales receipt and proof of cleaning/maintenance (showing professional cleaning by a licensed professional at least every 18 months) and Concept Flooring will return and provide that service at no cost to you (After the first full year, supplementary charges and fees will accompany any repair. These include moving of furniture, travel, and like costs and will be the sole responsibility of the owner). This warranty is valid only for original owner-occupied residential installation of first-quality products purchased and installed by Concept Flooring (not valid for rental properties or commercial use). Concept Flooring reserves the right to void this warranty if the original flooring installed is altered due to improper maintenance, water damage, cleaning methods, abusive treatment, vandalism, excessive moisture, variations in the nature of the subfloor (such as shifting, cracking, settling), acts of nature, sunlight, etc. In addition, any modifications conducted by any owner, occupant, contractor or entity other than Concept Flooring will render this warranty invalid (ie removal of carpet to install wiring, or pulling carpet off tack strip). This warranty applies only to issues resulting from installation based on industry standards. Product warranties come directly from the manufacturer, not Concept Flooring. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered by this warranty. This installation warranty is not transferable.

The following are examples of additional conditions that are not considered installation-related problems and are not covered beyond this limited-installation warranty:

• Carpet – visible seams normally required for installation. We make every attempt to hide seams, but seam visibility is not covered under this warranty. This warranty requires proof of purchase of new carpet and padding from Concept Flooring.
• Hardwood, Laminate, and Vinyl Plank/Tile Flooring – gapping between boards, scratching and wearing of finish, discoloration, fading, gloss level, separation of flooring caused by heavy furniture (ie Pool tables) and moisture related issues (cupping, crowning, buckling,etc).
• Uneven subfloors, flexing of customer’s subfloor, movement of floating floors.

Price Match Guarantee

This Price Match Guarantee applies to material purchased and installed by Concept Flooring. Purchases for material only or labor only are not eligible. To qualify, you must provide Concept Flooring with a typed estimate on the official letterhead or invoice of a licensed local retailer dated within 30 days of your purchase with Concept Flooring but no later than three days prior to the installation date of the material by Concept Flooring.

Competitor’s price quote must include all room dimensions, itemized installation and labor fees, itemized product list with all prices, freight, manufacturer names, style names, style numbers, color names, color numbers, and applicable warranties and/or services. Products must be identical, 1st Quality running line products.

Concept Flooring has the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether the written estimate qualifies for the offer and to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof acceptable to Concept Flooring. Concept Flooring will not match a competitor’s bonus promotion or free offer, special offer, rebate, financing offer, clearance or closeout price, or installation special. Online retailers and wholesalers are excluded. Applies to pricing for both product and installation from a single competitor. Orders must be a minimum of three thousand dollars. Concept Flooring has the right to refuse or deny any written bid or estimate from a competitor. Concept Flooring reserves the right to do business with any potential customer.
