Concept flooring was fabulous, great work , responsive, on time , cleaned up and professional . Highly recommend! Anthony super to work with, the installers were great ! This is the second time we have done business with Concept flooring and definitely 💯 would use again and recommend!

After 22 years in our home it was time to update flooring . I wasn’t sure what I wanted. My daughter-in-law was happy with Concept flooring . Anthony came out with samples and suggestions. We put hardwoods in the remaining areas downstairs that had carpet and upstairs hallway . New carpet on stairs and new carpet in 2 bedrooms. The installation crews were great to work with . They cleaned up after projects very well . I feel like I’m in a new house . It feels bigger and airier . So pleased . Other flooring companies let me pick but I wasn’t sure . Anthony gave us what we needed for our house . I’m 100% pleased . Thank you !

We had removed the carpet on our second floor and installed hard wood oak floors by Concept Flooring. The project manager Bryan Walden did an outstanding job in managing the project with his team, very efficient and professional. In full disclosure, Concept Flooring is a ShawFloors Aligned Dealer and I am a Shaw Representative. So, when it came to taking care of my parent’s home, I knew just who to contact. My parent’s situation was a bit challenging. Not only were they an hour away from Concept but they needed the old worn out solid prefinished wood refinished and the rest of their house needed new wood installed and finished to match. Not many companies do that any more and it’s not an easy task! It includes matching 20 year old aged oak, interlocking the new wood in with existing wood, and custom blending stain on both the old and new wood as if it was all done at the same time. To make things more challenging, my parents are extremely picky. I warned them that the new wood may look a little different, but when I walked in on the finished job, I could not tell a difference. It was perfect and even better, my parents were thrilled! Thank you guys for taking care of them!

MANY thanks and appreciation for the outstanding craftmanship, quality and transformation to our floors completed by Bobby, Julio, Quique and others! What a hard working team! They always arrived early and ground hard ALL day. whew. From start to finish, we could not be more pleased with our flooring. We feel like we have a new house. The existing wood floors had to be threaded into the new flooring as we replaced carpet in 2 rooms and tile in the kitchen. You would NEVER know that the new flooring was a new addition after 26 years - it looks fresh and original! The other amazing bonus is that everyone says that you will be dusting for months but that was NOT the case. I don't know how they managed to keep the dust away! Just wow. We are so grateful for the leadership of Chris Baker who provided exceptional customer service, COMMUNICATION and management of the time line and expectations. Kudos and applause to you - did I mention he is SUCH a kind, responsive and personable dude!? We are beyond delighted and look forward to referring you to friends as well as planning our next project! We had a great experience with everyone involved. The crew was excellent and Bobby did an outstanding job on the floors. We have had a nightmare experience with other contractors and we were thrilled that the Concept Flooring crew was professional, floors were excellent quality, and the whole experience was very positive.
